Emilly’s academic pursuit revolves around a Bachelor of Laws degree at Cavendish University, where she delves into the realms of environmental law, climate policy, and human rights. Armed with a legal foundation, she is well-equipped to confront pressing environmental issues and advocate for sustainable practices.

As an integral member of the dynamic youth advocacy team at GreenRise Initiative (GRI), Emilly actively contributes to causes such as clean energy, sustainable fuel, youth inclusion, and environmental conservation. Her passion extends to the realm of debate, where she seeks solutions for global challenges. Her impressive participation in events like the Olympia Invitational Debate Championship and the UDA National Inter-University Innovations Expo, Poetry, and Debate Championships on Climate Change reflects her dedication and problem-solving prowess.

Emilly’s engagement goes beyond academics and advocacy. She holds an executive role in Shamies Destiny Foundation, a noble initiative focused on supporting marginalized groups like orphans, the elderly, chronically ill individuals, and people with disabilities (PWDs). Through this role, Emilly tirelessly works to uplift marginalized communities, promote social justice, and address global challenges head-on.

Her motivation is rooted in the belief that a sustainable future is attainable when the world unites with hope and a shared vision. She envisions a world where clean energy is accessible to all, sustainable practices are ingrained in our daily lives, and the youth not only lead tomorrow but also shape today’s environmental solutions.
